Friday Free Stuff: Whakanuia Te Wiki o te Reo Māori

Māori Language Week 2012 starts next Monday. As well as browsing the ideas for learners and speakers, take a look at these free resources:

• Statistics New Zealand's Te Ao Mārama 2012 (i te Reo and in English), a small collection of statistics about Māori and from a Māori perspective.
• The pre-1910 section of the Legal Māori Corpus by the Legal Māori Project, who write more about the Legal Māori Dictionary that will be published in 2013.
• The Māori language version of Wikipedia, "te mātāpunenga utukore mā te katoa e whakatika", with its own page on Te Wiki o te Reo Māori.
