I think it would be a good idea for the Library to purchase a copy of Taking the crime out of sex work. It is a New Zealand focused book dealing with the decriminalisation of sex work in New Zealand with the introduction and passage of the Prostitution Reform Act, and the effects of that Act. NZPC deals with a number of queries in relation to this from Canterbury University students. Chapter authors include Alison Laurie, Dean Knight, Elaine Mossman, and Jan Jordan from VUW, as well as Gillian Abel and Cheryl Brunton of University of Otago, Christchurch.
It is available from Policy Press, with the ISBN number 978 1 84742 334 4, and details can be found at http://www.policypress.co.uk/display.asp?K=9781847423344
Thanks for your recommendation. It does indeed look like something we should hold in our collection. I'll get the order actioned today.
