Collection Management Framework

The collection management process is a continuum, starting with a collection development policy right through to disposal and retention.  Over-arching issues such as disaster preparedness, security and preservation are also part of collection management.

The categories below, and the information linked from them, are intended to give staff clear direction, guidelines, policies and priorities on all aspects of collection management.
