Information Sources - Books
Books provide both indepth and broad-based coverage of a topic.
Use a book:
- to put your topic in context.
- to find background information and an overview of a topic
- to find summaries of research
- books contain bibliographies which can be useful to help locate other sources.
How do I find a book?
Search the Library Catalogue to find a book in the University Library. This will tell you the book's call number and location in the Library for a print book or provide a link for an electronic book.
