APA Referencing

What is APA referencing?

The American Psychological Association (APA) style of referencing is one of the most common referencing or citation styles. It is an author-date system which requires two elements:

  • an "in-text" citation in the document to briefly identify the source.
  • a Reference List for all in-text citations at the end of the document.
