Module 3: Searching ERIC
ERIC can be opened from the University of Canterbury Library Home page. From the homepage:
Click Databases.
Click Education.
Click ERIC (via EBSCO) - listed under the Key Education Databases section (bottom left of page). If you are working off-campus, you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
If ERIC times out at any stage during the tutorial, you will need to open ERIC again from the Library Home Page.
Practice Exercise 1.
Click on the below link to open the Library Home Page. Follow the above steps to open ERIC (EBSCO). When you have opened ERIC, minimize it by clicking once on the minus sign in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will minimize ERIC to the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. When ERIC is minimized, move to the next page in this tutorial.
