The Library Room Booking System Has Changed...

13-05-2024 - There are currently known issues with some people's access to TimeEdit (permission denied error message on login) and with rooms not appearing for some people once logged in - this is being worked on and expected to be fixed in the next 48 hours.  If you are affected and need to make an urgent booking, contact Library Systems | Ratonga Tāhiko.

On 13 May 2024 a new booking system (TimeEdit) replaces the former room booking system for library study/discussion rooms.
From this date you will automatically be directed to TimeEdit or this page when you select Room Bookings on the UC website.
If you have been redirected to this page from a bookmark please update your bookmarked links with one of the TimeEdit options below.

Watch this space for tips/guides on how to use TimeEdit to make bookings...

We apologise for any inconvenience this change causes.
Contact Library Systems | Ratonga Tāhiko for more information.
