The Library Room Booking System Has Changed...
On 13 May 2024 a new booking system (TimeEdit) replaces the former room booking system for library study/discussion rooms.
From this date you will automatically be directed to TimeEdit or this page when you select Room Bookings on the UC website.
If you have been redirected to this page from a bookmark please update your bookmarked links with one of the TimeEdit options below.
- All previous system bookings for rooms between 13 -19 May have been migrated to TimeEdit and booking holders have been emailed. Migrated bookings won't appear under your reservations page in TimeEdit (but any future bookings you make will). If you need to edit or cancel these migrated bookings email bookings@canterbury.ac.nz.
- All bookings for rooms for 20 May 2024 onwards in the old system have been cancelled and booking holders have been emailed. These bookings will need to be re-booked on TimeEdit by the user.
- To book rooms from 13th May onwards please use TimeEdit:
- Library rooms direct link - https://cloud.timeedit.net/nz_uc/web/student/ri1Q55.html
- Business Taught Masters (BTM) rooms direct link - https://cloud.timeedit.net/nz_uc/web/student/ri1Q57.html (business taught masters students only)
- Student Accessibility Services (SAS) rooms direct link - https://cloud.timeedit.net/nz_uc/web/student/ri1Q56.html (registered student accessibility services students only)
