Room bookings

To make a booking

1. Choose the booking type and date.
2. Click on the in the in the timeslot for the room and time you wish to book.
3. Enter your UC username and password
4. You MUST shutdown the browser to logout when finished.

Please note - bookings open to TRW|SAS students only

• These rooms are provided for use by Te Ratonga Whaikaha|Student Accessibility Service students (more information here).
• UC Staff should book alternative rooms via the staff room booking system
• 2022 bookings
• 2023 bookings
• Non TRW|SAS students can book alternative rooms in the library via http://library.canterbury.ac.nz/webapps/mrbs/day.php
